Corporate Responsibility
We try to operate responsibly in every area of our business; treating customers respectfully; suppliers fairly; employees responsibly and the communities in which we operate sensitively. We believe only by working in this way can we provide our shareholders with a fair and reliable return on their investment.
Operating responsibly is part of everyone's job at SSE; we don't have a separate Corporate Responsibility department. Nor, since 2010, do we produce a separate Corporate Responsibility report; our reporting on such issues forms an integral part of our Annual Report.
