Potential suppliers

Suppliers who are interested in providing goods or services to SSE generally need to register with the Achilles Utilities Vendor Database (UVDB). Suppliers who complete the online UVDB questionnaire have the opportunity to pre-qualify for work with us.

Where suppliers provide services we deem to be high risk, they will need to submit to the Achilles Verify process, so they can demonstrate compliance with health, safety, environment and quality requirements.

If you successfully register with Achilles, this does not guarantee we will invite you to quote for any particular requirement or award you any business.
